Amy & Joe Kletz | 7.19

This wedding was a trip!! Really interesting and fun couple and I think the photos have an edge to them as a result. Hey Joe……..I must say, I really admire your unbridled energy & enthusiasm! I’d like to party with you some time! ( & you too of course Amy! )

Erica & Ben Birkle | 7.11

I’ve never had so much fun on golf carts before! I think I need one for ALL weddings!!! Thanks a ton Erica & Ben and I hope you guys enjoy your photos. I know I’m pleased!!

Alison @ Josh 7.5

Had a great time shooting this wedding! Alison ( originally from Nati ) and Josh live in Australia, where they met, and where Josh is from. Many of Josh’s family and friends were here for the wedding so the event definitely had an AUSSIE flare to it of which I’ve yet to experience until now. I guess it’s pretty traditional to have quite a few speeches and toasts at the reception and that they did!! I thought it was great cause all the speakers really painted a vivid picture of of the couple and these Australians certainly have a witty and charming way of going about it. Thanks so much Alison & Josh!! I had a great time straight away!

Kristi & Scott Byrnes 6.28

Well after some debate as to go or not to go to Ault Park for photos because of the threat of rain, we all decided to bite the bullet and take the chance. Well it was perfectly sunny skies and the session went really smooth. It worked out perfect cause just as we were leaving for the church a thunderstorm rolled in and let loose. Beautiful wedding and reception. This was my first time at the Oscar Event Center in Fairfield. It’s in the Jungle Jim’s Complex. Very big place. ( Dark for you photogs ) Jungle Jim even made an appearance for a bit with his top hat and cane!! I was excited!! Anyway thanks so much Kristi and Scott. It was my pleasure shooting your wedding I’m really happy with the images as I hope you are too!

Dori & Alex Weiner 6.15

Yep…….. a blog is only as good as your last entry and unfortunately my last entry was a while ago. I guess that’s what happens when you get swamped with wedding images to edit which is a good thing!!! Dori & Alex were great! Didn’t even meet them until the day of their wedding because they live in NYC, but it wasn’t long at all before we were hanging out, running all around The Taft and shooting like crazy. Beautiful day, awesome setting and I was really happy with the images. Thanks Jen for your subtle & serene image contributions as well!!!
