Kristi & Scott Engagement Session

Shot at dusk in one of my favorite parks, this engagement session was just really fun & relaxed. Kristi & Scott you guys are just super nice people, really easy to shoot and I really look forward to photographing your wedding!

Vanessa & David Huff Wedding

I recently photographed Vanessa & Dave’s wedding and it was really just a
nice change of pace for me cause usually I spend the pre-ceremony
hours photographing the bride and bridesmaids getting ready but this time
I sent Sarah to shoot Vanessa & her bridesmaids and I went to
the house where Dave was getting ready. I got there pretty early and had time
to just sit there, have some coffee and hang out with Dave before I started shooting.
Anyway, I ended up shooting some shots even before Dave got dressed. I shot his
tux shirt, tie & shoes before he dressed and I really like some of the shots cause usually
we just don’t get the chance to do detail shots of the groom’s gear. I love the backlighting
of hanging the tux shirt in the window and also the close-ups of the cuff links. I had a good
time just getting creative with the groom’s outfit. Hope you enjoy some of the pix.

David’s Bridal Magazine. Amanda & Mike Jackson

Recently Amanda Jackson, who’s wedding I photographed his summer, contacted me
and said David’s Bridal asked to do a story about their wedding day. Of course I gave
them permission to use my images and do the story. The photos really did turn out
great mainly due to Amanda & Mike being such an attractive couple not to mention
just really really layed back and easy to work with. Thanks again for hiring me to shoot
your wedding you guys! The magazine spread looks good to me!

Engagement Session . Mandi & Jason

I’ve known Jason since kindergarten and he is absolutely without a doubt one
of my dearest friends. I recently had the opportunity to head up to Columbus and
spend some time with he and his fiance Mandi who, by the way is total sweetheart!
Thanks again for all the coffee Mandi and the mix Cd from you Jason! I had a blast
shooting your engagement session and it was a really nice change of scenery for me
as well.

Amanda & Chris’s Wedding

It could not have been a more perfect day weatherwise for Chris & Amanda’s wedding.
I’ve heard many photographers describe sunny day’s as very tough lighting situations
to shoot in and they prefer overcast days but I love sunny days cause I really like the
back & side lighting effects you can get, not to mention those little lens flare gems that
appear out of no where ( photo of bride’s shoes near window ) Anyway Amanda & Chris were
so easy to shoot and very laid back which always helps immensely when trying to capture some
lasting images. Enjoy the Pix and thanks again so much you guys for choosing me to photograph
your day!
